Each offer has a different method for redemption. Some have a simple link to a particular page on their websites where you can see the offer and make a purchase. Some offers are available just by bringing your VCARD to a retail outlet.

Log in to Varsitybars.com and visit your profile page to register a new VCARD number (or register your details first if you are not already a member of varsitybars.com) by using the Sign In and Register fields at the top right of this website.

Once signed in successfully with a valid VCARD number you will be able to see the offer details and how to redeem each offer.

If you have not yet registered on varsitybars.com simply click the ‘Not Registered?’ link under the sign in fields at the top right side of this website – or click here https://www.varsitybars.com/sign-up-and-register.html to start entering your details.

When you have completed the form and included a valid VCARD number, press submit and we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. However, you can start using your VCARD to redeem exclusive offers and gain multiple points in our online Games right away.

Yes, if you have a valid VCARD its well worth registering it right away. Once you have entered a valid VCARD number within your profile you will qualify for our exclusive Offers and exclusive offers and gain multiple points in our online Games.

You don’t NEED more than one VCARD, but they are cool and there are four designs to collect! And remember that in our online Games area having more than one VCARD will automatically double, triple or quadruple your scores! Winning boys and girls will qualify for a free £25 bar tab each moth – so it’s worth collecting all four cards! Ask our bar staff for a new VCARD today.

Please check that your VCARD is the new type design, available after August 31st in our varsity bars. Cards older than this will not be accepted at varsitybars.com or in our bars across the country. (Please check the valid until date on the card to be certain).

If you still experience problems entering your VCARD number please contact our support team by emailing webmasters@varsitybars.com with your full name, your VCARD number and your contact phone number. We will aim to resolve any problems within 24hours Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Yes, VCARDs are only valid from September 1st each year. If you have an old card please dispose of it and get a new one from any participating Varsity Bar. You can find a complete list of all varsity Bars and their locations on this website here: http://www.varsitybars.com/bars.html

Simply show your VCARD to the bar staff when ordering and paying for drinks or food to get your discount on selected menu items. The staff will be happy to help you choose qualifying food and drinks.

No. Your VCARD is yours alone and provides you with the exclusive right to access discounts and offers on Varsitybars.com and at our bars across the country. At just £1 a card we’d like to think that your friends and family will consider it worthwhile to get their own card from any of our bars nationwide.
